Scarlett joined the Jasmin Vardimon Company in April 2026 as Community & Outreach Coordinator. She supports the Creative Learning Department in delivering engaging classes, workshops, and intensives for young people, while also coordinating the company’s Associate Schools Programme. Working in partnership with local and national organisations, she develops and delivers outreach programmes that connect diverse communities with the company’s creative methodology.
Previous / Other Experience
Scarlett is a theatre and cabaret director and producer. Her recent commissions include Bakkhai (Rose Bruford College), Pleasure Rebellion (HOME MCR), and Fabric of Us (Science and Industry Museum).
As an applied theatre practitioner, she has delivered creative wellbeing programmes for young people and vulnerable adults across community and custodial settings across the North-West. Scarlett is also a qualified yoga and movement teacher (Embodied Vinyasa, 200 hours). Through both her creative and participatory practice, she aims to support individuals in developing deeper connections with themselves and their communities.
Scarlett holds an MA in Contemporary Directing Practice (2024) from Rose Bruford College and a BA in Drama and English Literature (2020) from the University of Manchester.
