Camilla Curiel

Camilla joined the Jasmin Vardimon Company in 2022. Camilla was a participant in the 2021- 2022 JV2 cohort, and once graduated she started her freelance career and later became the JV2 Programme Co-leader in 2023.

She has worked and collaborated with different artists; she was a dancer in the production of Tannhäuser (2023) choreographed by Jasmin Vardimon MBE at the Royal Opera House, she is in the cast of ‘Carmen’ in Glyndebourne festival choreographed by Jasmin Vardimon, she took part in the D.I.P programme directed and lead by Anton Lachky, she was an intern during the Far From Home production in Ipswich with Alleyne Dance Company and she also danced in festivals with MCDC company.

Previous / Other Experience

Camilla was born in Parma, Italy. From a young age, she started training in contemporary dance as well as judo and theatre. In 2018, she moved to London to study on the BA (Hons) course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, from which she graduated with a 1st class degree in 2021.
