Joanne joined Jasmin Vardimon Company in 2026 to develop and lead our international touring and partnerships. as a Technical and Production Manager. She brings with her a wealth of experience across theatre, immersive events, and touring productions, with a particular focus on delivering technically complex work in unique and challenging environments.
Working closely with the creative and production teams, Joanne supports the planning and delivery of productions, balancing creative vision with logistical and technical demands. Her background across both technical and production roles allows her to approach projects with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, ensuring the smooth running of each production from concept to performance.
Previous / Other Experience:
Alongside her work with the company, Joanne continues to develop her practice through a master’s degree in Creative Events Management, where she explores the relationship between audience experience, event design, and performance.
When not on site or behind a production schedule, she can usually be found problem-solving the next challenge, refining technical details, or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
